Pricing questions
What is free vs. paid?
Both halves start free: build a workflow and try the automation platform, and chat, read pages, and research in the browser. The heavier work — taking actions on pages, running routines unattended and on a schedule, deeper research, and working with files — is on Midi and above, so you only pay for the powerful, agentic capabilities.
What’s included only on Enterprise?
Team features are edition-gated to Enterprise: multiple workspaces, SSO/SAML and SCIM, RBAC and custom roles, audit logs, git-backed version control with release rollback, shared and secrets-manager-backed connections, and white-label embedding. Everything else is on the self-serve plans.
How are limits applied?
Paid plans include monthly allowances for page actions, research, file operations, and routine runs, plus a usage budget. Midi is sized for regular use; Max raises every limit substantially; Enterprise is unlimited by contract.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (you’re charged a prorated difference for the rest of the cycle). Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and you keep your current plan until then.
