01Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Intellisper, this website, and related services provided by Kurvant ("we", "us"), the company behind Intellisper. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02The service

Intellisper is an agentic assistant that helps you work on the web — understanding pages, taking actions with your approval, researching with citations, remembering context for you, and running saved workflows. The browser extension is available today; additional clients are in development. Features may change, improve, or be added over time.

03Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

04Acceptable use

You agree to use Intellisper lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• Use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate the terms of the sites and services you direct it to.
• Attempt to bypass safety controls, approval gates, rate limits, or usage budgets, or otherwise abuse or overload the service.
• Use the agent to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the service.

05Actions you approve

The agent proposes actions and, for anything consequential, asks for your explicit approval before acting. You are responsible for the actions you approve and for reviewing what the agent proposes. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from actions you authorize.

06Plans, usage, and billing

Intellisper offers a free tier and paid plans. Usage is subject to fair-use limits that vary by plan. Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at the time of purchase. We may change plans and pricing prospectively, with notice where required.

07Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

08Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The agent can make mistakes; always review its output and proposed actions before relying on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

10Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
