Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
We collect as little as we can, keep what we hold scoped to you, and put the controls in your hands. Here is exactly what that means.
01Overview
This policy explains what information Kurvant ("we"), the company behind Intellisper, handles when you use Intellisper and this information website, and how we keep you in control of it. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be plain about the rest.
In short: you sign in with a session token (not a stored password on your device), the agent reads or acts on a page only when you ask it to, what the agent remembers is scoped to you, and it refuses to store secrets like passwords or card numbers.
02Information we handle
Depending on how you use Intellisper, this may include:
- Account information — such as your name and email address — used to create and secure your account.
- Authentication tokens — short-lived session tokens that keep you signed in. Model provider keys are never placed on your device.
- Conversations and tasks — the messages you send the agent and the records of tasks it runs for you, so your work persists across sessions and devices.
- Memory — durable facts you ask the agent to remember, or that it captures automatically (which you can turn off). Memory is scoped strictly to your account.
- Page and source content you direct the agent to — when you ask the agent about a page, document, or web source, that content is processed to answer you. It is treated as data, never as instructions.
- Basic technical and usage information needed to operate the service reliably and to enforce fair-use limits.
03What the agent does not do
- It does not silently monitor your browsing. The agent reads or acts on a page only when you start a task that needs it.
- It does not read or fill sensitive fields such as passwords or payment details on your behalf.
- It does not store secrets in memory — passwords, card numbers, and similar content are refused.
- It does not follow instructions embedded in page or document content; that content is handled as untrusted data.
04How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide the agent’s capabilities — understanding pages, taking approved actions, researching, remembering, and running workflows.
- Keep your account secure and keep you signed in across your clients.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the reliability and safety of the service.
- Enforce usage limits and protect against abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
05Service providers
To deliver the service, we rely on trusted infrastructure and model providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate obligations. When the agent answers a question or runs a task, the necessary content is processed to produce that result. We share only what is needed to operate the feature you are using.
06Your choices and controls
- Memory — search, review, and permanently delete any remembered fact, and turn automatic capture on or off, from the extension at any time.
- Page access — page awareness is something you turn on per task; broad web access for research is requested explicitly and only when needed.
- Account — you can request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
07Data retention
We keep your account, conversations, and memory for as long as your account is active so the service works as you expect. You can delete remembered facts yourself, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some limited information may be retained where required for security, legal, or legitimate operational reasons.
08Security
We design for safety from the ground up: approval gates on consequential actions, treating outside content as data rather than commands, strict per-user scoping of memory, refusal to store secrets, guards against unsafe network access during research, and rate and usage limits to contain abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but these protections are foundational to how Intellisper is built.
09Children's privacy
Intellisper is intended for professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
